Throughout 27th of November - 28th of December, the exhibition Day Tripper turned Nida Art Colony temporary project space Kiosk into a Wunderkammer, a Cabinet of Curiosities, a display of intrigue, fascination, and wonder. The exhibition consisted of the artworks by Katherina Heil, Cecilia Hultman, Norbert Tukaj, and Demelza Watts in combination with the curiosities brought by the visitors of the exhibition. |

Highlights of the book presentation by dr Vasilijus Safronovas
The presentation of the study by dr Vasilijus Safronovas on the emigration and immigration patterns of Curonian Spit inhabitants after WWII took place on the 24th of January at the Curonian Spit History Museum. Aspiring to become a bibliographic rarity, the book will be later translated to English and available at Vilnius Academy of Arts bookstore in Vilnius, Nida Art Colony, and Thomas Mann Museum in Nida. Initiated by VAA Nida Art Colony, the study is part of the project 4Cs: From Conflict to Conviviality Through Creativity and Culture. |
